How to REVIVE / RESTORE your matted & tangled curly weave or Wig in 8 Easy Steps.

Bring your curls back to life!!!

Curly hair is prone to tangling because it’s drier and humidity can make it frizz and that causes the curls to mat together or tangle. Mat and tangles are your worse nightmare but I'm happy because all that can be conquered.

I wasn't taking care of my curly hair and as a result it matted and started to tangle. I was so angry at myself for doing that because the hair is my favourite and I needed to revive it as in yesterday . I followed the below steps and my hair bounced back like a yo-yo.

Follow the below steps and thank me later 😉😜

You will need:

Conditioner of your choice
Leave in conditioner
  Wide tooth comb
   Paddle brush
De tangling brush / Tangle Teezer / Denman Brush

STEP 1:

Drench hair in water. P.S make sure all strands are wet.

STEP 2:

Thoroughly coat hair with conditioner

Finger detangle hair in a downward motion to spread the conditioner.

STEP 3:

Leave hair to deep condition for at least 15 minutes or put hair in the microwave for 1 minute to speed up the deep conditioning process.

STEP 4:

After deep conditioning, comb the hair with a wide tooth comb starting from the ends and work your way up.

STEP 5 :

Brush the hair ( brush of you choice) using the ends to roots motion

STEP 6:

Thoroughly rinse out the conditioner

STEP 7:

Apply a leave in conditioner of your choice

STEP 8:

To re activate your curls brush the hair with either a Tangle Teezer or Denman brush depending on which brush give you the curls you’re looking for.

Leave hair to air dry then rock your curls honey !!!!!

In conclusion:

I do not put a lot of products on my hair because too much products can weigh the hair down, and I’m also avoiding product build up as that can result in more damage to the hair. Always treat your hair at least once a month. Lastly conditioner and water are curly hair's best friend.
